Who should use your reservation system?
Anyone who would like to save time & money - and who
doesn't like that? We encourage everyone to use our new online
reservation system. It is an especially useful tool for
overseas customers, travel agents, corporate travel offices and
those who make all other reservations online such as flight

You don't have to be tech savvy or a computer
wizard to make an online reservation with us. Our website
and reservation module was built with ease of use and

What should I have ready to make an online
reservation?
Your flight information, pickup and drop off information and
times should all be handy for you to refer to as well as any
major credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX &
Discover).
Our system automatically calculates pickup
times for return back to the airport! In other words,
we will get you to the airport AT LEAST 1.5-2 hours before your
flight. If for some reason you do not like the system generated
time, please call us with your reservation number (which will
be provided to you at the completion of your reservation) so
that we may change the time for you.

How far in advance should I make an online
reservation?
PLEASE make your online reservations as
soon as possible! When you make your hotel booking, flight
booking...that is the perfect time to reserve your car service!
WE REQUIRE ONLINE BOOKINGS TO BE
MADE MINIMUM 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
We prefer reservations to be booked weeks or months in
advance but know that is not always possible with business
travel, family emergencies and things of that nature.
If you need service in less
than 24 hours PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE DIRECTLY FOR IMMEDIATE
ASSISTANCE/DISPATCH.
Do you offer coupon codes and other discounts for
online reservations?
Yes. Please check our website daily for coupon codes and
special deals we may be running to stimulate online sales. The
more automated our front end processes become, the better
pricing and service we can offer to you.
I don't see my hotel listed in the drop down
box.
If you are traveling to Niagara Falls from the Buffalo
Airport and do not see your Niagara Falls hotel, simply select
the appropriate city and enter the address of your hotel. Your
price will be quoted online and you may proceed to make an
online reservation!
Do you ever decline online reservations? Do you
overbook?
No. All online reservations are immediately confirmed and
assigned a reservation number. You can then log on to our
system and print a receipt and view your reservation details.
In certain circumstances, usually involving a stretch limousine
on weekends, we may contact you in the rare case a vehicle
is unavailable. Please ensure you provide us with a current
cellular telephone number when traveling.
Are tolls included in online reservation quotes? Are
there any hidden charges?
ALL TOLLS ARE INCLUDED IN OUR RATES! There are no
hidden charges. Any fees or upgrades you may choose are clearly
displayed before you submit your reservation and receive your
instant confirmation.
We ask you tip your chauffeur in U.S. cash 15-20% of your
total bill as appropriate for services rendered.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee
for buffalo airport limo service. You will be able to
view our complete terms and conditions with option to
print before you complete your online reservation with us. You
cannot complete your reservation without certifying that
you have read and agree to our terms and
conditions.
Do you provide car seats? Will you store my car
seat?
No we do not. Please be sure to bring your own child car

If for some reason your town or city is not listed, please
call our office for guidance and to make a reservation. We do
service many areas and not all may be loaded into our
reservation module - please be patient - we are working on
this! If you are located within 15 miles of a city, please use
the nearest city price rate. We will contact you if there is a
problem with your Buffalo airport car service request.
