Procedures for Meeting Your Chauffeur

If you chose an indoor meet & greet during the reservation process, your chauffeur will meet you at the bottom of the escalators holding a sign with your last name.

If you did not choose an indoor meet and greet, please follow these procedures:

Buffalo is a smaller airport that has only 4 luggage carousels. Upon disembarking your aircraft, you should proceed to the luggage claim to retrieve your luggage. After you have secured your luggage, please proceed outside towards the hotel shuttle/limousine lot. There are signs overhead inside the airport pointing you to the limousine lot (it is an immediate right outside the glass revolving doors, about 200 feet from the right most exit outdoors).

Once outside, you can locate your chauffeur - he or she will be holding a sign with your last name.
