Hi,

This is just a short e-mail to let you know my Mum and I were very impressed by one of your drivers. Due to a delay in Newark my Mum and I were nealy 2 hours late arriving in Buffalo.

Herb met us to take us to the falls and all I can say is he was lovely. My Mum enjoys having a chat with everyone in the world....he did not let her down.

By the time we arrived in Niagara it was dark but he still gave us a quick trip around the town and advised us on the best places to view the falls the following morning - and told us the best places to eat. Both the meal that night and the views the following morning did not let us down.

Anyway...I just wanted to let you know he is doing an awesome job for your company and please pass on my thanks to him.

I have been remiss in not corresponding with your company before now and expressing appreciation for the above and beyond excellent service you provided.

I booked your service for transportation from Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls, Canada on May 30 and scheduled return on June 5. We arrived on May 30 and that evening the friend traveling with me fell and broke her ankle and sprained the other. She received emergency care and we needed to return home the next day for her to have the required surgery. When I called to request immediate transportation back to the airport you were able to accommodate my request in a very timely manner.

I failed to get John's last name, but we were certainly blessed to have him take such care of us on both days. He was knowledgeable about the area, courteous and professional. The return trip was challenging with my friend on crutches, needing a wheelchair and I was trying to take care of her and handle our luggage.  
I could not have made it at the airport without his efficient assistance, which was not part of his regular duties.

Thank you for the excellent service and providing such wonderful care. I can assure you that if we make a return trip we will be contacting you for our transportation needs.
