I have been remiss in not
corresponding with your company before
now and expressing appreciation for the
above and beyond excellent service you
provided.
I booked your service for
transportation from Buffalo airport to
Niagara Falls, Canada on May 30 and
scheduled return on June 5. We
arrived on May 30 and that evening the
friend traveling with me fell and broke
her ankle and sprained the
other. She received emergency care
and we needed to return home the next day
for her to have the required
surgery. When I called to request
immediate transportation back to the
airport you were able to accommodate my
request in a very timely manner.
I failed to get John's last name,
but we were certainly blessed to have him
take such care of us on both days. He
was knowledgeable about the area, courteous
and professional. The return trip was
challenging with my friend on crutches,
needing a wheelchair and I was trying to
take care of her and handle our
luggage.
Thank you for the excellent service and providing such wonderful care. I can assure you that if we make a return trip we will be contacting you for our transportation needs.

I write this letter in praise of your dispatcher Tanja. Tanja is extremely knowledgeable in your business and she demonstrates beautifully the principles of great customer service that I teach as a human resources director in my organization. Tanja is a good listener, flexible thinker, good problem solver, is almost always at her station and is a compassionate person overall. Even though I am in New Jersey, I will go out of my way to refer business to your company at any opportunity.
I also look forward to calling Tanja again to tell her that my son arrived safely, took the NJ Bar exam and was married this past Saturday. It’s a long story but Tanja was an important player in our little drama last week. How kind of her to care!
